• Obtained one of the most iconic downtown buildings for the theater project, thanks to the generosity of two visionaries who believe in economic development, the arts, entertainment, and Lewiston’s future.
  • Conducted feasibility studies, surveys, and focus groups.
  • Secured grants for research and initial architectural work.
  • Replaced the roof and installed an ADA bathroom.
  • Constructed a detailed business plan projecting measured growth with an efficient economic mix of employees and volunteers.
  • Designed construction budgets that embrace practical design and affordable materials with an emphasis on comfort and accessibility.
  • Plan to hire three part-time employees: executive director, house manager, and volunteer coordinator. As funds permit, the executive director will become full-time.
  • The LTPA will collaborate with other non-profit organizations and theaters to provide management and programming.
  • During the construction period, the LTPA will add additional board members with targeted skills in management and programming.
  • The LTPA will incorporate aggressive marketing and programming that builds attendance and increases patronage.  LTPA will undertake coordinated cultivation of sponsorships and grants.
